As the days stretch long and warm, we throw open the doors for our most-loved gathering of the year. Our Summer Matcha Tasting Nights are a relaxed, hands-on celebration of everything green, grassy, and grounding.
What to expect
Each evening is built around a flight of carefully chosen matcha, poured side by side so you can taste how terroir, shade, and stone-grinding shape every bowl.
A guided flight of three ceremonial-grade matchas from different Japanese regions.
A live whisking demo where you build your own bowl, koicha and usucha style.
Seasonal pairings — citrus, stone fruit, and dark chocolate that play against matcha’s umami.
How to join
Seats are intentionally limited so every guest gets time at the whisk. Tastings run every Thursday through August. Reserve your spot at the counter or drop us a note and we’ll save you a seat.
